  • All online orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details.


2. Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery (within Australia): 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Regional & Remote Areas: May take an additional 3–5 business days.

  • Delivery times are estimates only; delays may occur due to courier schedules, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our website.


4. Tracking Your Order

  • All orders are shipped with tracking numbers.

  • You can monitor your delivery status via the courier’s website once your order has been dispatched.


5. Delivery Conditions

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. Flooring House is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If no one is available to accept delivery, your order may be left in a safe place or redirected to the nearest collection point, depending on the courier.

  • Large rug orders may require someone to be present to accept delivery.


6. International Shipping

  • At this time, Flooring House ships within Australia only.

  • International shipping may be introduced in the future and will be updated here.


7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging.

  • Flooring House is not responsible for parcels lost or delayed by couriers, but we will assist you in lodging a claim with the shipping provider.
